Road Trip Antics

This weekend we drove down to my sister's and met the whole family for lunch. On the ride home, Riley got a little silly.

And then started playing peek-a-boo

Neat cloud on the edge of a big storm (taken out the window as we drove).

We finally tore our shed down. My friends at work wondered why.

Busy boy

Riley has been busy lately.

He helps unload groceries.


He sorts the plastic-ware.

And walks all over the house, keeping mom and dad on their toes.

It's not the same chair....

See... the new one is red.... and has legs....


So we finally found a chair that we like to replace the 1970's wonder.

Forgotten pictures

After Riley's haircut, I took some new 1 year pictures, but forgot to post them.

Ahh, the midwest...

Yesterday, it was 79 F. Today when I left work, it was a balmy, sunny, mid 70s day. Then the cold front moved in. Right now it is 45 F, with a wind chill of 23 F. (thanks weather dot com!)

No that's not snow, its hail.

Although, that really wouldn't surprise me. After all, it's only April, and we live in the midwest.
